From leaving our luggage, check-in to our check-out, the staff in the lobby was very friendly and attentive. I didn't get her name but the staff in charge of the breakfast buffet was so patient in explaining the food options. The room service was excellent as well. The place is also very close to everything! About 20-minute walk to Dragon Bridge! Friendly neighbourhood as well. Also the king size bed. Missing it now hehe Will definitely come back. We enjoyed our 5 nights stay there. Thank you!
