Breakfast was not included. Location excellent 5 mins walk to boulevard

+ Very helpful and thoughtful staff + Clean rooms, laid out well + Gorgeous owners dog was around during the day for cuddles and belly rubs + Books aplenty for visitors to borrow :) + Authentic Italian place just around the corner
