Platinum Grove Modern Flat

The location was ideal for us. Rooms were good, the coffee and tv made it convenient. Good water pressure in the shower

A lot of cracks around the walls. Squeaky floors. We heard the people on the other unit talking at night, walls were too thin. The blinds were broken in one of the room.

It was close to the centre and close to our friends. Easy to get to where we needed to be. Very close to the station too which was handy. The apartment was the perfect size for our family. Great facilities and had everything we needed.

The shower head kept slipping up or down depending on the water pressure. One of the beds in the large bedroom had a huge dip in the mattress right where my daughter was going to sleep so we had to flip the mattress around. The small room was very small and very very hot, and the mattress not overly comfortable. We had all the windows and doors open at night but there was no air at all. Maybe some fans would have been useful. Also I would urge the owners to have a word with the cleaners as it was very dusty and cobwebs on walls etc. The small bedroom floor was so creaky I felt sorry for whoever was underneath us. None of this affected our stay, as we were barely in the apartment other than to sleep and have breakfast.

Location and flat facilities.

The smoke smells from the other property and the noise from the flat next door- could have been worse but could have done without the 6 o’clock in the morning noise.
