Paint chips, beds was hard, elevators sucked

The only thing I really loved was the pool out front and the ocean!

I had issues with the room like I always do on Booking.com and they tried to give us a room without a sleeper sofa and I had three people and then they gave us a room with a crappy crappy crappy view, looking at the roof of the Titi bar! The second room was not clean and it did not have any any whatsoever, kitchen, utensils, dishes, or pots and pans! We literally had to go to the thrift store and buy stuff just to cook! They maid no effort to help us whatsoever in anything at all!

Loved the location. The pool area was fantastic. It had indoor pool, very nice and clean outdoor pool and a wonderful bar area with very reasonable food and drinks. Really enjoyed the pool and bar area. Had a fun section for kids with games and air hockey. The gift shop was nice too. Very friendly. Rooms were very spacious and loved the oceanfront views

The beds were awful. The fridge did not work. The coffee maker worked but it was so rusted. The dresser was literally falling apart. It was clean but definitely needs updating or at least fixed the broken furniture and replaced the mattress. And the dishes were nasty.

Closeness to the beach was amazing.

Only on stove eye worked in 426 so it was hard to cook for my kids.

Idk where to start room didn’t look anything like the property stayed 4 nights never had house keeping the first time had to go down to the front desk to get towels, you had to pick up On the bathroom door to get it to close, the refrigerator had more rust on it than a 57 Chevy, had 3 lights that worked ask for bulbs Didn’t get that either and there was a puddle of water in the middle of the room when we first checked in! Definitely will never stay there again and don’t recommend anyone spending there hard earned money!!
