Airport Hotel Square Plaza

Great value to price- big room with comfy bed and everything what i needed. You can order food to Your room, including breakfast; great location with a 10 minute walk to the airport metro line and right by a bustling are where You can buy everything. Very, very helpful staff

Cockroaches all over the place, dirty walls with mold. See pictures attached. They bought fake reviews probably to land a 8.2 rating.

One of the room provided 302 was good. Hotel staff has good courtesy. 24 hours food option at room was upto expectation(though rates are on higher side based on quality and locality).

Room 308 was super pathetic, washroom full of cockroaches, WC doesn't have enough legspace even to sit properly. TV was not in working condition as well in this room. Breakfast has ok kind of options, but is completely mismanaged. We went for bfast at 9.20 am(timing was 8-10 am), all food items and tea was out of stock. After waiting for 15-20 mins, hotel staff managed to get some poha and tea(but there was no one in hall to keep an eye, saw one of the kid putting remaining food from his plate to poha buffet), was disgusting (this was bad from that guest, but has someone from staff been there near buffet, this could have been avoided).

Everything was perfect the staff was helpful and breakfast was also good

I had a very pleasant stay the staff was really helpful and courteous and the location was very good
