It was clean. Easy to get to & had off street parking

The beds were hard. The decor was somewhat tired. The linen (towels bedding etc) was clean but old & well used

"Great stay for use of a house"

Owner's communication was very good, and house instructions were clear and helpful. When we needed help, owner was nearby and very responsive. Wifi was good. Had the whole house and was very spacious. In all, very happy with everything.

It is well used, and we were a bit uncertain about cleanliness, especially the rugs and kitchenware. But the house grew on us after 3 days. Just keep these expectations in mind. Location was pretty good, but Auckland is so huge, make sure this location is near what you'll want to see, like Waitakere ranges. It was about 30 minutes to city center.
