Staff needs to be service minded and not only profit driven. Dinner and breakfast are mediocre, at best. The bread was mouldy and not edible. The dinner was unpalatable. The 20 rupees water bottle is black-marketed at 50 rupees. Further, they have some weird rules - They will only offer tea for Welcome drink and not coffee. They will not offer cornflakes for breakfast when they make poha.

Electricity only for 3 hours from 7 pm to 10 pm. The owner of the property took taxes from us but did not give invoice, even after asking him for it. So he pocketed the taxes saying that Booking.com will give the invoice. He should be blacklisted from being a partner and permanently suspended.
INININAway from the crowds, close to the Pangong lake shore. No lights after 10 pm....if the sky is clear, you get to see the Milky Way! Naveen's hospitality, despite his limitations.
Can't blame the Resort, really. But there wasn't any hot water and, in fact, no running water between 10pm and 7 am. But we had been duly warned ⚠️ . So we filled our bucket and managed. I guess, if you want to ensure eco tourism, one has to bear with minor inconveniences.
INWe stayed here for only one night but location is decent (overseeing lake) for a longer stay. Picturesque locations nearby. On night of arrival, wife & son had dinner here and they were happy with quality and taste. I heard from other travellers that Egg curry was superb so well done to Chef. Next day breakfast, we had delicious paranthas. Thanks for Vijay, Amit, Sanjay & Mahendra for making our brief stay enjoyable.
I forgot to mention but this place needs heater.
