Posizione con servizi vicini tipo supermarket e bar.

Rumori tipici di un condominio. Appartamento p.t. con portone ingresso adiacente alla camera da letto. Disturba l'apertura e chiusura. Appartamento posizionato sopra l'ingresso dei box con apertura cancello ingresso un po' rumorosa. In entrambi i casi il cosiddetto "fastidio" rilevabile solo nelle ore notturne.

very nice and comfortable, excellent service, very friendly owner. I have left a cell phone by mistake and the owner is helping me so that I can get the cell phone back. This shows me that it is a place run by trustworthy people. I would definitely repeat my experience there.
