Good property ~ friendly Staff , Ms.Prakrati from front office was genuinely great to help us and kind having attended us most of the time with good care to our kids.

Too crowded and front office requires more staffs

The food and staff were great. I had accidentally left my RayBan near the bar and the staff returned it to me later.

The rooms had a lot of condensation and the floors became wet and slippery. We had to keep the aircon on at all times to reduce this even when we were not around. The location was remote so travel was difficult.

Nothing everting was terrible

Broken AC pathetic room service, no welcome drink, fridge not working jacuzzi was dirty and unhygienic reception staff were rude and dismissive charging premium prices for this level of negligence is unacceptable.

Great food, got a free upgrade during check in, very accommodating staff. Usual stuff like rooms, amenities, food all upto Accor standards. Spa was really good as well.

Size of the room, facilities everything was great. Really loved the breakfast and dinner buffet. Team is extremely responsive and helpful.

The kids play area is great but needs a bit of organizing. Once in afternoon and once at night. So the kids who come afresh can enjoy playing. A couple of multipurpose machines are required in gym. It looks quite under equipped right now.

Our stay at the hotel was quite average overall. The rooms were spacious, and the private plunge pool and bathtub were definite highlights, offering a relaxing experience.

Several amenities fell short — the AC wasn’t functioning properly, the kettle was rusted, and basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash were nearly empty and needed multiple reminders to be refilled. The minibar was not working, and when we raised it, the response felt unnecessarily condescending. We had to request ice buckets every day, which was inconvenient. In-room facilities also had issues, the telephone wasn’t working, and TV remotes were missing at check-in. The food was underwhelming, and even a casual feedback about the consistency of sambar was met with an unfriendly response from the chef. The property also seemed understaffed, although the reception team did step in to help with luggage after check-in, which was unusual but appreciated. Overall, it was an average experience and not quite worth the price. Considering the cost, a nearby Hilton property would likely offer a more premium and seamless stay.
