GBComfortable and very quiet. We live in the country side and this was super silent. Could have slept till 10.00 am. Good location. Bed is very comfortable and nice duvet.
Lack of privacy. The French window and windows face the main drive so you need to have the curtains pulled. No tea or coffee as a welcome treat. If you want to have a cuppa, make sure you bring your own from day one. Sofa bed is knackered. Do not expect to sleep in it.

IEGreat little home! Plenty of space, comfortable, & tasteful decor. Easy check in and parking at the little home.
GBLocation was perfect, it was lovely and quiet. Accommodation has everything we needed.
Unfortunately the water temperatures were an issue. The hot tap in the kitchen was scolding hot instantly, the hit water in the bathroom sink didn't get hot at all and the shower was either way too hot or freezing cold. Saying that I would still definitely stay here again as the positives out way this negative.

Lack of privacy - sitting room french doors+ bedroom windows need to be passed by occupants main house to access. Also cars parked outside sitting room french doors. Minimum of kitchen utensils etc supplied.
