Hotel white season Gulberg

Generally all staff were accommodating and friendly who made you feel welcome, rooms are good value for the price, location is ok too, however MM Alam road is a 17 minute walk away. Hotel doesn't look good from the outside but the rooms are decent.

Clearly states that the room has a city view, it does not there is no view at all just a blocked out window and some rubbish storage if you open the window this is different to the listing and must be changed. The AC kept tripping and had to be reset at main circuit breaker by staff meaning chasing them down to do so, this happened 5-6 times over 6 nights. TV also broke down, it took almost 2 days to get it swapped after numerous requests. Upon arrival the room was dirty with stains on the sheets and the toilet was dirty. One of the reception guys is great the other one is miserable. Upon checking out he told me I had 160 rupees outstanding confused asked what for he said for the bottle of water that they gave on arrival at double the cost. Not a big deal but at least make it clear that you are being charged for this they leave it as a surprise until the end when they have already taken many thousands from you in advance. Just leaves an unprofessional impression upon leaving.

Big spacious rooms, Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and Shower very spacious Breakfast was 7 ☆

Room service can improve.
