Amazing host

Clean, tidy and had everything you could need for a little stay away. Beds were super comfy and the outdoor seating area was a sun trap. 20min walk to the town centre and lots of bars, restaurants on the way to town too, great location.

Parking was always going to be an issue, as its Brighton. However host did help us to find parking in easy reach.

Darren's communication was exceptional. Clear check in instructions and a walk through video was sent. Location was perfect with street parking less than a minutes walk. Bed was ridiculously comfortable and play space was clean and fully stocked

I had an absolutely amazing stay at a playful adults Dungeon! The moment I entered, I felt right at home. The place had a cozy and homely atmosphere, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils I needed. The highlight was definitely the beautiful bathroom with a stunning free-standing bath. The host was not only friendly and informative but also always available whenever I needed assistance. The room that everyone comes to the property for was incredibly fun! It's perfect for beginners as well as those who are more experienced in the dominatrix scene. And let me tell you, the host had some really exciting and entertaining suggestions for things to do if you're looking to explore more of the scene. Overall, my stay was a delightful combination of comfort, playfulness, and a touch of flirty fun. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The hot tub was a tease lol But fair enough it wasn’t advertised anyway but very informative host this place was amazing
