Pagi Villas by Betterplace

10/10 experience to stay at this beautiful, quiet place. Close main road in Pererenan, but still surrounded by rice fields and an incredible view. I didnt hear any noise from construction work at all during my stay, which was a delightful surprise since it's everywhere in Bali right now.

Very nicely designed comfortable apartment close to all shops and cafes. The place was like new, spotless clean and really beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent and I had a quite nice stay. There was construction all around as mentioned in the description so no surprises. The works also started late in the day so it never woke me up and there was only a little noise, so that was a good surprise.

No AC in the living room, only in the bedroom. I was working on my laptop during the day and sometimes I had to move to the bedroom or to the pool to cool down :) The view of rice fields is now partially blocked by a villa being built there so it wasn't exactly like on the photos. Still the view was quite nice and sunset was amazing.

private pool and outdoor area was nice cold and filtered water machine inside the room speaker in the room great staff, coffee downstairs with room service was convenient no noise from construction even though its everywhere in the property reviews. There is a villa in construction at the front with some workers.

Good price! Perfect location, beautiful short walk to the main rd of Pererenan, where all the shops and cafes are. A bit scary to move in a room at night, lots or sharp angles. Space is tiny, but got everything you need. No privacy when you are in a pool, neighbors overlooking your pool from both sides and from upper level. Construction workers all around too, lots of constructions going on around, it’s even not about noise, but about privacy.

Our stay at Pagi Villas Pererenan was very pleasant and relaxing. The pool suite we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. The ambiance was peaceful, and the surroundings were beautiful with scenic views of nature. The staff members were super friendly and helpful during our stay. All the nice restaurants, shops and gyms are just minutes away by bike. If you're looking for an amazing stay in Bali just outside the busy Canggu area, Pagi Villas in Pererenan is a great choice!

There is a lot of construction works going on outside, this wasn’t mentioned but to be honest this is happening everywhere in Pererenan / Canggu. They start around 08:30/09:00 and stop around 17:00/17:30 so during the night there is no noise.

Nice property in silent place and good Wi-Fi network. Beautiful view on rice terraces and sunset. Comfortable clean room. There is shorcut to rice field nearby. It’s not busy.

Quite complicated to find it.

- I Love the location and how close it was to the main road with all the restaurants and shops. I practically walked everywhere. -The balcony was massive and included a couch which was perfect for just relaxing and reading. - The unit also came with a bluetooth speaker which was awesome for playing music while getting ready. But also a nice treat to take with me to the beach. - They also serve some of the best coffee downstairs in the entrance.

I don't really have any negatives to say. I wish I would have booked one of the units with the pool. But I was still super satisfied with what I received for the price i paid.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful although it was missing quite a few of the essentials such as towels in the kitchen and a kettle. There were quite a few cafes nearby which made breakfast’s easy. One of the staff members, Pak Dewa was lovely, he cleaned our room and always checked in to see if we needed anything. They also opened a cafe downstairs for takeaway coffee a few days before we left which is a great addition to the place.

We were quite disappointed by the construction, weren’t told that ‘nearby construction’ meant on the roof right near our pool, falsely advertising the property. There was also minimal privacy because of this. When contacting the owner, we received little remorse and no compensation, quite disappointing considering we spent quite a lot of money on the place. The majority of the restaurants and life was about a 30-40 minute walk with taxis hard to come by unless you ordered one online in advance.
