Le canapé lit très dur et inconfortable, (pas d'oreiller pour le canapé), une fuite d'eau venant du plafond de l'entrée pendant la nuit, chambre petite, lit qui grince.

The apartment has a good size and layout, with two bedrooms, a functional kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable bathroom. It felt clean upon arrival, and the flexible self check-in with a key box was very convenient, especially since our flight arrived late. The customer service was extremely responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, even at night. The washing machine was also a useful addition, and the larger bedroom was comfortable.

The apartment does not look as good as in the photos, which seem misleading. On the first night, our children found a large cockroach in the smaller bedroom, making them afraid to sleep there. The bed in that room is extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping, which makes the apartment unsuitable for four people. Although a thin mattress topper was provided after we complained, it did not help much, and we ended up with poor sleep and severe back pain. The apartment was also sprayed with chemicals after the incident, which was not reassuring with children, and the place was left dirty afterward. The coffee machine did not work despite being reported, and it was never fixed. The street is very noisy at night, and the smaller bedroom is extremely cramped (you cannot even put down your clothes anywhere). Overall, we would not choose this place again and cannot recommend it.
