"Lovely clean property, well placed for bagging the Welsh 3000s"

The house was lovely and clean, the beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Being able to leave the car on the driveway and walk into Betws-y-coed was really handy. I booked the property so I could tackle the Welsh 3000 mountains which are all within a 15 minute drive from the property, it was an excellent base for this.

I cannot think of anything negative to say...which is unusual for me!

"BEST holiday ever"

Beuatiful , spotless property with every possible amenity you can think of - we are super-impressed by this property and thoughtfulness of owners with the instructions on how to use various appliances or facilities. Highly recommended and it was budget-friendly too. The location is just 12 min walk to Pont-Y-Pair.

There is NOTHING that we didnt like.

"We stayed 3 nights and used it as a base to tour around this beautiful area of North West Wales."

The superbly kitted out cottage is in a quiet location just a few minutes walk down in to the village. The host keeps the propert in superb condition. The host provides an abundance of tourist visitor information, which we used each day.

Sorry, am struggling to find fault.

Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable.

A dishwasher would be a great addition to an otherwise very well equipped kitchen.
