Marissa's Elegant retreats

The stay was absolutely spotless upon arrival, which I am usually quite picky about. The bed was very comfy and the apartment had everything we needed for our three night stay (towels, robes, toiletries, coffee, blankets, etc.). Marissa was a lovely and attentive host. The location was ideal and quiet, and so close to the main town of Argostoli. The apartment was tastefully decorated and felt homey. We will definitely be recommending this stay to our friends and family if they ever visit the area!

We liked everything about the property. The hosts are the nicest! They are very friendly, kind and helpful. The place is in the best location on town, 2min walk from the beach and the main square, but very quiet. The house is very clean, well decorated, you have all you need there. The balcony is so cute. We had an amazing time there and highly recommend it.

Very nice place, next to the center, the property is very beautiful and everything is thought of, the host was very welcoming. Definitely recommend 👌🏻

The shower was a little difficult to turn on, but we managed

The apartment is a real gem: excellently equipped, providing everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It was also immaculately clean, which made us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, even preparing a small farewell gift crafted by their daughter, which was a lovely touch. The location of the apartment was ideal, situated just a stone's throw away from the center. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the local area of Argostoli, with everything we needed within easy reach. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kefalonia. We can't wait to return!

The accommodation was just as it was described on Booking. Everything is of high quality and the attention to detail is amazing, The outdoor space is very convenient for breakfast or coffee. They cleaned the apartment and replaced the linens and towels once during our one-week stay. The apartment is very well located, literally a 2-3 walk to the pedestrian zone. Parking is normally available in the neighbourhood.

During our stay there were many cockroaches in the neighbourhood including the backyard (mostly when it's dark), and one even decided to pay us a visit in the apartment. The entrance from the backyard is not properly isolated (there is a gap at the bottom of the door), so it allowed for the cockroach and even a small scorpio to enter inside. We regret that the owners did not draw our attention to this problem, which they were already aware of, so we had to learn the hard way. This experience was extremely unpleasant and unfortunately ruined the impression of our stay at the apartment.

Location is great, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Host is kind and welcoming even leaving a sweet homemade bread and gifts/mementos to take home

Can be noisy but to be expected as it’s the capital city - we always slept through the night so not an issue.
