Очень уютный семейный отель. В номере все есть: холодильник, чайник, вода, полотенца, халаты, тапочки, принадлежности для ванны, фен. Хороший завтрак, при чем добавлялись новые блюда каждый день. Хороший кофе, домашняя выпечка. Кофе и чай можно брать в любой момент. Чистота. Уборка номера каждый день. Возможность постирать вещи без дополнительной оплаты. До подъемника, катка, горок- 5 минут пешком. До бассейна с сауной-7 минут на такси. Хозяйка очень приветлива, готова всегда вызвать такси, подсказать про места где поесть, где найти инструктора по лыжам и прочее.

Единственный минус- было прохладно в номере.

Top scores for the property's location which is closer to all the prime locations in Bakuriani. Run by a lovely host. She is a very sweet person who allowed early check-in and later check-out at our request (without charging us extra, although we were ok to pay) because our room wasn't booked by anyone else for that day. I should appreciate her kindness here. She makes tasty breakfast for all her guests. Food was yummy. Their King room with balcony is worth mentioning as we really loved the view from the balcony. And also helped with ventilation when the room got stuffy due the heater.

Food choice for vegetarians is very less in the breakfast that they provide. Surely could offer a couple of vegetarian items. Almost nil choice for vegans here. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about this lovely place.

Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing, especially the host, Megi. She truly deserves more than 10 stars. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even prepared breakfast for us before check-in, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The room was spotless, cozy, warm, and very comfortable, perfect while it was snowing outside. Everything was well maintained and made the stay extra enjoyable. The location was also excellent and close to everything, which made getting around very easy. An unforgettable experience thanks to Megi’s hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bakuriani.
