10 out of 10! I never thought I'd say that. The room was newly done to an excellent standard. The property also had a small kitchen area beside the room with juices, coffee and small bites to eat. The breakfast was served in a small café beside the property. I've had this type of offering before and it was fine. The staff in the café were very friendly. Our host Claudia looked after us very well. She also has an excellent restaurant on site, serving authentic Italian dishes and we got a 15% discount as guests. The property was located in a quiet square just off the main pedestrianised area in the centre of Tivoli, a short walk from Villa d'Este and Park Villa Gregoriana.

Eccellente location nel centro di Tivoli, via pedonale silenziosissima. Accoglienza super, camera spaziosa, climatizzazione autonoma perfetta, letto comodissimo. Ottima colazione in bar vicini.
