Avana Hills Tagaytay Villa

The house was big and very comfortable for everyone. Too many beds and rooms for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was huge! Videoke was a nice touch. Pool was super clean, cold water, but very nice. The Taal view was spectacular!

We were staying upstairs, hot water keeps turning off, and two times, there was no hot water at all, had to take super cold showers. Not fun at all! We also mentioned the sink/ faucet/ or under the sink, there was water leaking, and the water started collecting on the bathroom floor, had to ask for towels to soak up the water leak. They said they mentioned the issue to the owner, and that it would be a major work repair to fix it.

All rooms has individual bathroom and clean. Staffs are accomodating and friendly.

It will be better if its a heated pool for elder people to enjoy.

Awesome view. Very clean. Friendly staff! Few extras included.

Could have a better privacy. A bit worried about security because the staff in the villa needs to go in and out the property so they have to leave the gate open ( that's our main concern). Could have a mosquito lamp to reduce the amount of mosquitoes.

Cleanliness and staff are around in case we need anything
