- the host cared a lot about my family enjoying the stay, and kept in touch with us - location of the property was fantastic, next to a super market & a 10 minute walk to the center of Lucca - all equipment working perfectly, especially the AC (we went in June)

- we were 5 guests, so managing with only one bathroom was tricky at times

"Exceptional"

The apartment was new and modern, really nice and clean. It is in a good location, just a short walk from the city centre. The host was really helpful with everything and even suggested us an amazing restaurant.
