8 Riversdale King Size Room

Located just off the Bury road in Prestwich in a very quiet apartment complex. Very close to parks and a huge choice of places to eat and drink. The apartment is rally well equipped and my room was spotlesss with a really comfy bed. Really friendly landlord too.

No toaster but the landlord says it is on its way!!

Location to local transport, restaurants and local shops

The size of the room is amazing! I could literally do an easy cartwheel and I’m 5’10! Love the extra pillows, the extra sheets! Beyond the aesthetics (as the owner is doing fantastic renovations of the unit), the strength of this property for me is Chris, the owner. I was having an online exam and he let me use his desk table, even created a guest profile and let me use his Mac! In the morning, he allowed me stay an hour after the check out because I was preparing for a job interview. Hey, Chris, I got the job! Thanks for your warm accommodation, I slept well because my room was super cozy and clean. Can’t wait to stay again and hopefully all renovations are done! Clean unit - guaranteed! Clean kitchen - guaranteed! Clean toilet - guaranteed! WiFi Connection - guaranteed! Lovely walk or jog in park, 2 min walk to the bus stop, 5 min walk to the restaurant! Lovely, lovely property and location!

Not that I didn’t like but just for the sake of saying something, I look forward for the completion of the renovation. Its 95% done. Oh! Maybe put back the study desk and warm lamp in the room. Very minor that can be easily resolved.

Room had everything you could need, including a smart TV, and was spotlessly clean - as was the bathroom.

Great room, very comfortable bed

Tea and coffee OK. Electric radiator excellent, really warm. Good WiFi. Comfortable working space. Very high standard renovation, but not quite finished.

Getting into the apartment was a bit complicated, but OK once achieved. I was visiting on foot, and location was a good mile from Prestwich Metro station. I was surprised that room was in an apartment that was occupied by the owner, I wasn't told this, although Chris is very personable, and I got on well with him. And he left me to my own devices.
