The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made getting around quite easy.

Cleanliness could be improved, especially when it comes to the bedding. The blankets and pillows appeared as though they hadn’t been freshly laundered, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. With some attention to these details, the lodge has great potential to offer a much better guest experience.

Room is too small and the bed is uncomfortable

The AC was not working, the room was cold, The blanket was not smelling fresh

When we got there, we had to wait because they couldn't find the key...When we got to the room,only lights were working they said there's no electricity..in the morning there was no water,only washed my face then the water was gone, my partner didn't even wash their face...and the host was not even bothered...after traveling from Mpumalanga, we had to go back to Mpumalanga without a bath.
