Sahara Dome Camp

Unieke ervaring. Wij kwamen pas aan rond 17u30 dus waren bewust op zoek naar een optie waar we met de auto naar toe konden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk diner (20 euro pp voor 3 gangen) en ontbijt. S avonds muziek rond het kampvuur Zeker een aanrader!

Anfahrt war mit eigenem Fahrzeug möglich. Die Lage ist exklusiv und sehr einsam. Es waren nur 4 Domes, wodurch es sehr exklusiv war!

Gestiscono la struttura due fratelli che sono gentilissimi, ti fanno sentire come parte della loro famiglia e ti vengono incontro per aiutarti nelle tue richieste. Ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare degli spostamenti all’interno del Marocco ed a prenotare delle visite guidate con dei local nelle città che vedremo più avanti. Il campo è isolato da altri campi tendati, cosa che ti permette di avere privacy, silenzio e godersi il deserto. Ci hanno organizzato una cena speciale, su richiesta, su una duna di sabbia sotto le stelle. Siamo stati due notti al campo e la seconda notte hanno suonato per noi la musica berbera davanti al falò, coinvolgendoci nel suonare, momento magico che porterò sempre con me. Se torneremo in Marocco ci torneremo assolutamente.

Amazing glamping in a quiet corner on the edge of the Sahara proper but surrounded by lovely, small sand dunes making you feel like you are in a movie. Great traditional music, dance and and very generous meals.

Nothing, it's wonderful. Some points maybe from a tourist perspective; provide some brooms to clear our your tent from quite a lot of sand following a sandstorm, provide a list of beverages/food for sale so one doesn't need to ask as it's also very far away from shops - otherwise make sure to pack your own snacks and drinks if staying more than one night.

Nada mas llegar nos recibió Alí,y nos sorprendió con una limonada, con hielo y menta(cacahuetes,dulces,etc,etc)que nos vino muy bien para mitigar el calor. Luego nos indicó cuál era nuestra "habitación" y nos acompañó,(cogiendo parte del equipaje que llevábamos,todo un detalle),procedimos a acomodarnos y volvimos a la "haima" principal, donde nos recibió Brahim (propietario) y estuvimos conversando un buen rato con el, muy agradable por cierto. La "burbuja",es enorme la cama de 2x2m(más una supletoria de 90cm),super cómoda con varias almohadas para elegir, el aire acondicionado iba estupendamente(hacia falta ponerlo pues estos días se han llegado a registrar 38-39 grados..... La acomodación es tal y como se ve en las fotos de la web, muy limpio todo (el cuarto de baño,muy grande,con ducha (toallas,jabones,etc,etc.) El desayuno que está incluido es de 10(uno de los mejores que he probado)......hay posibilidad de pedir cena(nosotros lo hicimos, y también de 10) Después de la cena, tuvimos un espectáculo de tambores, con algo que no nos esperábamos, la incorporación de una guitarra acústica con su amplificador, y de verdad que quedamos alucinados, una pasada la música, tradicional pero con un toque gracias a la guitarra muy especial(lástima que no se puedan colgar audios) Despertarse con esas vistas NO tiene precio......¡¡¡¡¡ Es un lugar mágico, para volver sin dudarlo¡¡¡¡¡ No os arrepentiréis de pasar uno, o varios días aquí

Es war ein absoluter Traum! Die Zimmer sind neu, sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sind anständig, zuvorkommend und sehr wertschätzend. Das Gesamtpaket war einfach perfekt und die Preise waren ebenfalls mehr als fair. Ein absolut einmaliges und unvergessliches Erlebnis und solch authentische Gastgeber - das habe ich bisher selten gesehen. Sie gehen jedem Wunsch nach und haben sogar eine Flasche Weisswein organisiert für uns. Wir konnten frei unsere Wünsche äussern und sämtliche Aktivitäten mit ihnen buchen und planen.

Royal Sahara Dome Camp is pure magic—a perfect 10/10 Tucked in the stunning Erg Chebbi dunes, it’s a mix of cozy luxury and wild desert beauty. The domes are gorgeous, with comfy beds, colorful rugs, and a clear wall showing off the dunes at sunrise. The private bathroom with a hot shower was a dream, and the terrace was perfect for stargazing with mint tea. The staff Mohamed and crew made it unforgettable—super friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. They guided an amazing camel ride at sunset and served delicious food and fresh dates by a campfire. The live music and stories under the stars felt so special. The desert’s quiet beauty and the camp’s charm made me feel totally at peace. I can’t wait to go back—this place is incredible!

Le dépaysement total !!!! C’était un endroit loin de la ville au pied des dunes magnifique endroit le camp est très original et tout est neuf donc tout est encore bien entretenu , literie salle de bain etc etc

Bili so zelo prijazni, ustrežljivi, kljub temu da sva prišla pred check inom so naju zelo lepo gostoljubno sprejeli, organizirajo odlično pustolovščino z jahanjem kamel, večerja in zajtrk več kot odlična, pravzaprav nastanitev v katero bi se še vrnila in jo toplo priporočava naprej.

You cannot find such a place to stay in Merzouga area. Luxury in budget with this unique experience. You can chill out in big balcony and best sunset you can see. My car was stuck somewhere in desert, they came to help. In evening, they played music and had great evening. Amazing food. I have a lot more to write but it’s simply amazing place.
