Caravan wasn't very clean. Bits of rubbish under all beds - particularly bad under sofa bed. Fridge and microwave needed cleaning before use. All surfaces felt sticky. All window catches were loose, so caravan felt insecure. Double bedroom window only opened slightly, as straight onto a brick firewall. Thick dust on lounge gas fire and shower room bin, which had no plastic bag in. No shelf or wall cupboard or hooks on door or wall in shower room, which had only a grubby piece of string for a light pull. Remainder of last guest's toilet roll on holder and no spares. No plastic bag in kitchen bin and no spares. Grubby, used sponge scourer left on sink. Lastly, noise late at night from near caravan hosting 10 people and woken by caravan next door at 7am by dog barking and owner using a cordless drill ! None of which I expected for £100 per night. Thankfully, it was for only 3 nights.
GBIt was clean, it had everything we needed and the lock box meant we could get in quickly and easily.

The area having lots of work done and abit untidy. The home it self was in need of a wipe down , dirty mirrors and kitchen sides just needed a wipe, overall ok. Surprised was not informed I needed to bring towels. Window in main bedroom needs repairs.
LVGBIt had everything we needed
The location was shocking, our stay was not the most pleasant because of the residents around the static. Groups gather around this area around 3am and bang on the static home and during the day have no respect for the family environment. We couldn’t let our daughter play outside because of this. The double bed felt unsteady and the static had a slight rock to it when you walked around inside. The first front door did not shut properly so had to have this kept closed in 25 degree heat. The panel for the hoses at the back of the shower kept falling down and the curtains kept coming undone when we drew them.
