It had heating

The house was disgusting. It was utterly dirty. Loads of marks and stains around everywhere. The curtain in the living room was also broken on arrival. The location of the property isn’t ideal either as it’s above a restraunt and town centre. I would definitely not recommend this place you would be better off going to the oyster fleet

Communication on how to access the flat was clear and timely. The bathroom is well decorated. The property was clean. Large mugs and nice bowls to drink/eat from.

Heating not sufficient for the time of the year. It was very cold in the living room and the one eclectic radiator could not heat the room however, the bedroom was sufficiently heated, probably because it is a smaller room. Hence the low score on comfort, otherwise the furnishings were comfortable.

Good location.

The flat was unclean. My daughter found chips amongst other things under the bed. We only had 2 towels for 3 of us. The WiFi didn’t work, when we got another WiFi option it kept cutting out & in the end the tv lost connection so wouldn’t work. The bed & sofa bed (which isn’t big enough for an adult) were very uncomfortable. Rubbish bags were left in the stairwell which was also very unclean. The bathroom light didn’t work properly. The shower attachment was broken. The freezer was disgusting and the entrance door to the street was left unlocked by the other resident. Generally very disappointing.

The location of the apartment was excellent. Shops, cafes, pubs, markets etc. We did find parking every day, two disabled bays on side street near the apartment.

The front door is very difficult to open as the internal barrel has slipped. The stairs/entryway was filthy not cleaned hoovered, letters etc littered everywhere and a curled up old mat at the top was a definite trip hazard. The shower door was streaked with grime, the shower was broken, the cupboard brown from not being cleaned, full of left over toiletries, empty bottles from previous visitors, the kitchen was the same. we had to wash the cutlery/crockery before we could use them. Blinds are broken, nails/screws sticking out from nearly every wall. Dirty marks on walls everywhere. We had to throw out a black bag of out of date food (2nd Feb 25) left in the freezer and cupboards which were also laced with brown dirty marks. Wifi didn't work. Bulbs missing in bathroom and lounge lamp. I have taken photos of all these things should anyone want to see them. No value for money!
