Good location for buses and walking to centre…almost under cover the whole walk in Plenty of facilities near by Quiet and clean accommodation

Small things that can be easily remedied…no glasses, no shelf in shower, rubbish pillows and no spares,too many unmarked keys Big thing for us was the room door that didn’t open properly..and noisy…we were worried about our other roommates being disturbed Don’t be fooled by private bathroom …it is your own which you can lock …..but you have to leave the bedroom to access it

Separate private bathroom which wasn’t mentioned in the room description. A little bit out of town.

I have had a very bad experience and I am so Disappointed with this service. I got the room for a night. And the room was messy from the previous customer. They have allowed u to check in earlier them normal and room was completely dirty and messy dirty towels in the bed , bedsheets dirty and towels all over the place in the toilet. I have call the company and they said “ the clean will later to clean the room . I went out around 13:30 for a day out and came back 01:30 am the room was in the same state totally dirty . I have call the company Avantgard rooms no answer and tex no answer. So the only choice for us is to sleep in that dirty bed in that late night. I am very DISAPPOINTED with my stay and I want to money back .
