Very bad management and property please don't book.

Staff was very bad, room was very bad, location was very inside, you can't take any vehicle from 500meter from hotel

Hotel is good but reaching the hotel is difficult because other state taxies are not permitted to enter Mall road. No arrangement by the hotel to pick up its customer. Aged people and heart patients could not reach the hotel with luggage walking 1KM steep road from police' barrigad

No arrangement by the hotel even they know these difficulties. Customers are not informed at the time of booking

The location is central to the mall with great view of gun hill and other hill view. The outside of hotel is well maintained and looks are awesome.

The way towards hotel, you have to climb slightly and descent, but it’s fine considering the hill station and it’s rewards with view.

Liked nothing because they did not allow us to stay there. Although we provided all our info in advance, and they knew we were not Indian, only when we arrived did they tell us that only Indians were welcome at their hotel. It was very confusing. Apparently, the hotel was recently bought by OYO and policies changed. But no one has informed us, although our room had been reserved months ago.

Quality of food and room service is excellent.
