"Rude Staff and bad front desk experience"

Staff behaviour is worst, they behave like they are the owners specially the front desk bald person is so rude, seems he is unhappy with his life , thus pours his frustration on guests

The Resturant has provided wrong details on the site that it has AC rooms. It doesn’t have AC room’s and also the hotel is far away from mall road

Not worth the price paid for the stay

Basic amenities were missing , no soap in bathroom . Mattress was very hard. Food was ok ok ... not bad but not up to the mark
