Beautiful Pelion Sea House

The house is beautiful, well decorated and very cozy, Alex and his wife thought about every tiny detail. There is a beautiful and quit beach 3 min walk from the house. Kato Gatzea beach and restaurants 5 min drive from the place. Bakery and grocery shop also 5 min drive.

Beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you may need. Location is great, close to beach, restaurants, grocery store. The host came to welcome us and show us around, and was very helpful during our stay. Everything was perfect!

Outstanding experience. The house is perfectly located for a trip at Pelion area. A Spacious house, very clean and well maintained, equipped with every possible facility. Walking distance from the sea (3min). The Host Alex met us upon arrival and was extremely welcoming and helpful. Alex was available for us, and gave recommendations that were the best choice experience we had in Greece. It was the most amazing experience. We are spending our holiday in Greece for over 20 years but we never stayed in a house like this. The owner built it for himself, has all facilities and equipment you might need. You have your own beach where you can swim whenever you want. The 3 bedrooms are comfy, has 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet. It is quiet and an amazing terrace which overlooks the sea. We loved it and will definitely return.

The Host Alex was very courteous and showed us around. After a house tour he also recommended us some leisure activities and restaurants. Because of our late arrival in Kato Gatzea - he also organized a table in one of his favourite restaurants for us and took us there! During the week he checked back with us if everthing was okay and whether we needed some help or recommendations. We totally recommend a stay in Alex‘s Beautiful Pelion Sea House!!☀️

The house is very welcoming and cosy. Our host,Alex, was so nice, very helpful and informative. The house is in a complex just a walk from a private beach.

Beautiful relaxing and cosy house with lots of natural light. Thought of every detail from the art on the wall, artistic handles on the closets. Welcome gift including fresh local fruit. Fully equipped kitchen espresso machine, beach chairs and towels, mosquito spray, etc. we weren't missing a thing and it really felt like home. Great view from the porch to the beach. Easy parking on site, even a shared tennis court available for free use. 3 bedrooms 1 of which is semi detached and had it's own bathroom with shower.

Everything was great! AC in the kitchen, 1 bedroom with AC, 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans and no AC.

Everyone can find a home here, not just an apartment. I'm sorry that the rating cannot be higher than 10, this accommodation deserves it. And one more thing that can't be evaluated but just to say: Alex, thank you for everything.

The house is lovingly furnished with every comfort to feel completely at home! Plus the terrace with sea views, the well-kept garden and the private beach: we loved every minute of our stay in this house. Alex, the host gave us lots of good tips and was very friendly and helpful. We definitely plan to come back! Thank you, Alex and family, for the wonderful, relaxing time in your house! It is a gem!
