Lot of things r der to improve, Like maintenance of room, swimming pool cleanliness etc

They are the worst host ever. 1. First they will mark you as no show, and cancel the the reservation. This is so they don't have to pay commission to Booking.cim 2. Since I needed invoice for filling claims, they will keep making excuses and never provide a proper invoice.

All the staffs was helpful exception to Santoshi I just feel sorry for staffs as they deserve all the credit, Management need to invest in the property

The rooms and bathroom are infested with Lizards , cockroaches and Frog . First day i complained about cockroaches so i was given a different room and the new room has additional cockroaches, Lizards and frogs. At thr time of checkout a pity amount was discounted from my bill .

Located near the beach, room is quiet OK.

The accommodation seemed very rundown and not well maintained in some parts. Especially around the pool area i ie ripped mattresses and old rusty nails sticking up from sun loungers. Also breakfast was very chaotic. Felt sorry for the 2 staff members clearly under pressure .Apparently this accomdation has a sister hotel next door that the staff man so that explains the issues at breakfast .Later learned from taxi driver hotel under new management .Clearly he / she needs to address a few issues
