Location was excellent and staff were prompt to respond.

We had no cold water for a full day, also the advert leads you to think you have a terrace but it is shared.

Very good location and the room was very cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly!!!

The bathroom and toilet area are not separated by door from the main room. This is very uncomfortable!

The kitchen was really tiny and not well equipped, but for just 2 nights it was ok

Very close walking distance to the ocean and the historic part of town.

Bit tricky initially checking in until we figured out how to use Italian phone system as we had to call a # to be buzzed in remotely to get into the building which was fatiguing after being severely jet lagged and arriving late at night.

Very comfortable hotel in the centre of Olbia. Supportive and kind staff, all communications have been smooth and fast. A perfect spot to explore Olbia city centre

In our room the bathroom did not have any door, neither a curtain... so it could be a bit uncomfortable to "see" inside the bathroom...
