リーズナブル お風呂が広くて快適 バスタオルやタオルも1人2枚ずつかまえていただきとても良かった 部屋は狭いけど清潔で良かった トイレも清潔で良かった 温泉の湯質もとても良かったです

壁が薄い 隣の子供の泣き声がよく聞こえた 朝方のJRがやかましいけど、立地的にしょうがないね

風呂が広い。スタッフとも他の客とも対面しないので気兼ねがいらない。

施設が多少くたびれて来ている。特に風呂。浴槽の栓がしっかり閉まらず、お湯が抜ける。風呂の照明が球切れした。

Having your own private onsen (hot spring water running on the bath tub) is definitely a highlight, also the room is quite spacious, you get a great value, very close to the station so it really is convenient.

I did not receive my pin to get inside the room and had to contact them, they gave me the wrong pin a few times and thought I was not doing it correctly or not understanding them, this was a miserable experience but we got through it - just make sure next time that people received the pin in advance, ask them to confirm and send it within booking chat, I always receive emails from booking so no Idea what happened. I am an experienced traveler so I managed to deal with it, this will not be the case with every guest.
