Egen modern mysig lägenhet

I really liked how kind the owner was and offered some activities for me to do, absolutely best thing i could do. We watched for 2 days the Auroras and it was magical.

This is not a good thing, but a bad thing. From the moment I arrived, they tried to sell me expensive transportation and trips, even before they showed me my apartment, and I was still carrying my bag after walking for 30 minutes in the snow at minus 20 degrees.

You should know that there is no shower in the apartment. I had to go out in minus 20 degrees to go to the owner's house to get into the shower and the shower is on the minus 1 floor!. In addition, they have a cat that no one told me about and I am allergic to cats. One morning I wanted to get into the shower but the door to their house was closed and I couldn't. When I complained to Booking.com they claim that the owner of the place is not willing to refund the money and that he is not aware of all the problems I mention.

The family was kind and flexible with their arrival hours, the stay was pretty nice, it had a mini kitchen so we could cook and warm up food. The room is outside of their home, so keep in mind that if you want to shower you'd have to go through the snow for a little bit to arrive to the shower. The beds were comfy, the pillows were great, the decor was awesome.

Location as it was close to airport and value for money.

Does not have big space, does not have bathroom in the same room.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, they arranged for pick up from train station and drop off at airport. I booked the Northern Lights tour with them it was a bespoke tour, Doniyor made sure were got going quickly as the lights were showing upon my arrival and got me to a scenic location outside the city to take wonderful pics and provided wonderful snacks. When we returned the lights were dancing again and there is a little wooded area across from the house from where I took photos. Was such a wonderful surprise in the heart of Kiruna. The room was comfy with excellent WiFi and amenities.

Ella was very kind and attentious. Her husband drove me from the airport to the house and he was also very nice. It is a small, cozy room, perfect for short stays.

It is good to know that the shower is inside the main house, although it doesn’t seem like a problem.

The shower was not described as separate from the rest of the accomodation.

We stayed here after our last day of hiking the Kungsleden. So it was just very nice to have everything at hand easily and just enjoy relaxing. The beds were nice, we could do cooking (note: only a stove, no oven). We didn't do anything else.

It was not a huge problem, but it is good to note that the shower is located in the main house and not in the appartement. So you entre the hosts house to take a shower. If you need a lot of privacy that might be less comfortable.

Vahid is a very nice young man. Picking me up at the airport and dropping me off at the busstation the next day for a fee worked out very smoothely. Also he is very responsive and attentive to any needs you might have.

Unfortunately the shower is located in the private space of vahid's family. For some it might be uncomfortable to intrude anfmd the accessibility is a little limited. However these circumstances are already factored in to the price which is definitely worth it.
