Only thing good about the property is the location.

The room seemed okay at first but the toilet was very dirty. Not cleaned properly with cleaning products. We contacted the agent and she sent a cleaner. We were shocked to see him clean the toilet with just water. And used the toilet bowl brush for the floor as well. When we raised this issue, the agent started getting very unprofessional and rude. There were yellow stains all over the sink and toilet seat and yet she didn’t believe us (she didn’t come to location. Just sent the cleaner). Later on we ourselves had to buy our own cleaning products and clean the bathroom. Secondly, the water coming from the bathroom sink was yellow. There were ants all over the kitchen countertops and on the bed as well! Saw a lizard behind the wardrobe too. The agent/owner still hasn’t sent us the deposit she took without even telling us. Even though on the site it says additional charges may be there, it wasn’t fully disclosed to us and we still haven’t received the deposit. It’s been two days since we checked out.
