Cyberjaya luxury Tamarind Suite

had a fantastic experience at Tamarind Suite! The place was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to malls and restaurants. The host was friendly and attentive, and the building’s amenities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Cyberjaya!

Dirty!! they dont change the comforter.. there was salivaaa stain at the comforterrr.. disgusting.. and when i contacted the person regarding this. They did not reply!!! The iron board broken.. and the aircond is not that cold enough..

Great clean unit. Owner provided bath gel and towels.

The bed (mattress) was too hard to sleep on. The waiting time for the lifts in the building was exhaustingly long.

Good for solo traveler as it is very minimal

Parking is a hassle. Miss the entry, u need to go round to get to one again

Property Service gives me the first impression is very troubled. I am the first user of booking.com, I didn’t know how was the process I need to do, then the property just different send me the bill the total what I need to pay. (I thought the total reservation payment already pay on booking.com, then I ask the property he/she didn’t reply me, after I ask the customer service they explained for me very well not like PROPERTY didn’t explain at all just IGNORE ME. Call the PROPERTY 3 times WhatsApp + 1 time phone call, don’t have reply me also. NO MORE BOOKING.com again. I will not recommend my friends come to book this booking.com. VERY POOR Another one, I book this apartment can cancel at particular periods, then I got message property before can cancel at particular periods. Then this PROPERTY very cleaver, they reply me after cannot cancel the apartment. (Then they can earn RM10 per each unit/apartment money m? HAHAHA) Applause 🙂 The property didn’t asking again for me to register the resident car parking, then my car stuck at intercoms there, fortunately beside don’t have car want to go inside. Then I ask why my car cannot go in, they tell me very impolite, “Bad tone”. After that, I check out, I have put back the key into mailbox and tell them, they also no response. This is the attitude “booking.com” has. The house also not clean, two beds got hair also, I feel like lying on the ground with dust on it.
