AUCommunication with the owner was easy.
1. Bed- poor quality. Most of the beds out of spring. 2. The place was unhygienic and not clean at all. The linens have marks, the pillows have marks, the toilet still has faeces, the fridge and kitchen utensils not clean. I needed to scrub the toilet. 3. Unfortunately poor maintenance. Have all the facilities but poorly maintained.

SAMYSo i booked 8 Rooms for my family members to attend a wedding near Jeram, and i found this location to be suitable for a night stay. This owner of the place is a very nice guy with a lady caretaker who was very kind. The rooms were way better, big & equiped with Toilet, heater, Aircond, Tv, dressing table with mirror & Hangers. They also have a small living room with Sofa, Ironing facility & a pantry with Microwave, hot & cold water dispenser. My family like it very much.
The Airconds in few rooms were noisy & not cold enough, i believe servicing the aircond once a month will improve those.
