Very nice rooms. Nice lady in reception, very friendly. Very good place to stay

In the morning (10 am- so not too early) was no english speaking staff available, he could not even understand that we wanted him to order taxi for us. That was the only hickup though, stay was great

Comfortable and warm.

We requested for refilling the bottle waters but the staff didn’t mention that there was extra charge. Also, we asked for extending the check out time for half more day. The staff said possible but same the staff didn’t mention that there was extra charge. The staff give us the invoice for the bottle waters and half day charge when we checked out the room. It would be better if the staff notified us in advance, for better expectation.

The owners Sonam, her husband and the staff were extremely helpful and made us feel as a family. Facilities were up to date as required for a a family travel and more.

A lovely friendly place.

The feeling to live in a fully Tibetan environment, beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and perfect, as i did not see any in many years in India. The possibility to have food any time. And the kindness and efficiency of Sonam, the owner, and her team...

??? Nothing...

Sonam made us feel very welcome and looked after. She arranged for us to be picked up and returned to and from the train station. The room was lovely and comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast every morning. It was all very reasonably priced, amazing value for money. Mcloed Ganj is a beautiful place.

This little guest house is being managed by a Tibetan lady. Rooms are very well equipped and spotless clean. From rooms in the upper floors, there is a nice view of the snow-peaked mountains. Staff is super friendly and helpful and fulfilled any wish we had. Also, food is very good and we ate at the guesthouse every evening (in addition to breakfast). None of our questions regarding Tibetan history and culture remained unanswered. We really felt at home and were sad to leave.

For people sensitive to noises, walls may be a bit too thin, depending on the neighbors in the room next door. It didn't disturb us at all though.

Room was nice and comfortable. We appreciated that we could do an early check-in, as the room was ready and we arrived very early. They can arrange taxi drivers.

Communication was a bit difficult with the receptionist. One day we arrived at 9:30 for breakfast (closing at 10:00) and they had already closed it. We ordered from the menu, but we only got half of the things we ordered..
