"Cute and comfy retreat"

Great setup for a cute and comfy family retreat.The beds are amazingly comfortable. Kids loved the pool, though adults were a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn't hot, just the same temp as the heated pool. The owner is helpful and accommodating, and the place is very sweet!

Location to Sarasota and Siesta Key was easy 15 minute drive. Neighborhood is old, with good and not so good properties. House is well kept and clean with a few rough spots. Overall a nice place to stay and good value.
