Personnel très acceuillant, et nourriture vraiment délicieuse, grand lit, chambre spatieuse, propreté du WC et de la douche

Humidité dans la chambre, problème de climatisation, piscine intérieure hors service, couloirs parfois brouillants (l'isolation sonore n'est pas au top), draps sentent l'eau de Javel, vitres des fenêtres couverts de poussière (visibilité de l'extérieur très limitée)

J'avais réservé l'appartement pour moi et des amis. Nous sommes arrivé nous avons payé puis après on m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible car il y avait une fille avec nous. Mais j'ai choisi un appartement avec deux chambres!! Finalement pas de remboursement. C'est du vol manifeste.
