Varkiza sea view apartment

The location of this apartment is great: walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, the port, beaches. We spent a lot of time on the terrasse with a nice sofa and a table with chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and has modern appliances. The living room is large and comfortable. The view is spectacular and it was a great two weeks.

The TV! Not one channel in English. We like to get the news and maybe one channel with some entertainment, but everything was in Greek. The air conditioning unit in the living room did not function. When we succeeded in making it work, it wouldn't last for more than a few minutes.

It was the perfect location. Central enough to be close to shops but also accessible to swimming areas. Varkiza has some of the cleanest water in Athens! Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was a great touch. Lovely to watch the sea while enjoying a frappe

This apartment is in a beautiful little village directly across from the harbor. Sit on the balcony surrounded by herbs and flowers and watch the sun rise or set. The sea and beach are within minutes walking distance and the apartment has everything you need, including a very generous wine selection. The owner answered all our online questions very quickly and the caretaker could not have been more helpful. He recommended things to do and restaurants to visit. He even told us what time to be on the balcony to watch the fishing boats come in and when to buy the freshest fish. I couldn't recommend this place enough, for the money it's an absolute gem of a find. The village is cheaper than most surrounding resorts with one of the most memorable views I've seen from any property.

Nothing, the apartment is fully furnished, clean and has a superb location with secure parking and home security system.

very close to sea. not crowded beach. 2 min walk to shop. I was there for ironman race - less than 10min walk to race centre. clean apartments.

the only downside is in the same that i list as what i like. It is close to the sea and that means to the main road that goes along coastline. windows have to be closed during night... locals like riding noisy cars and bikes :).
