Perfect place in Gamla Stån

Not cleaned (gravel left all over the floor), Host unfriendly and inflexible

Location, fresh and clean.

We had confirmed that the apartment had a twin and a double bedroom. When we got there we discovered that there were two double bedrooms. Although we notified the owner about this they refused to do anything about it. Minor concerns; no extra toilet paper and no bins. Also, there were no instructions on heating system, etc.

Such a cute vibe!!! In amazing location and it was fun to watch out the windows on the streets.

There was an issue with the lock but the owners were very helpful!

It hasn’t been cleaned on time. We needed to intervene to have it cleaned. Still, after intervention, the bathroom and the floors weren’t very clean. Missed a welcome letter and some quick manual how to use AC, TV, dishwasher. It would be practical, and a nice personal touch to have them. Since I was only staying for a couple of nights I would appreciate some directions (e.g. how to setup room/bathroom temperature, use dishwasher, etc.) to benefit the apartment’s amenities to the fullest. The kitchen design is not the best. The fridge is ridiculously highly placed. Cutlery trays, deep plates, bowls are missing. Having a small coffee machine and a toaster would also be nice (they don’t cost a lot).

The accommodation here is very warm, feels like home, and has a real Swedish atmosphere. It is very convenient to travel, close to the train and reach the airport in less than an hour. Excellent! The accommodation is clean. If I have a chance to come back to Sweden, I will definitely stay here.
