Boleh di naik tarafkan keselesaan yg ada. Sediakan extra bed utk disewa dan peti ais perlu ditukar kpd yg lebih elok. Staf perlu ada di ruangan bertugas pada waktu yg sepatutnya untk memudahkan perkhidmatan dll dgn customer.

Ruangan penyambut tetamu kosong tanpa staf di saat kami memerlukan pd masa tertentu. Susah utk berhubung. Extra service tiada spt penyewaan tilam, peti ais yg elok..perkhidmatan air yg ada pun xmemuaskan. Cold water mcm xsejuk sgt..gelas pun tiada jika diperlukan.
