"Convenient but needs improvement in the 'scent department'."

Chosen for the location that's somewhat nearest to the state park, it was convenient and situated in a quiet neighbourhood.

The room needs to be aired out. The "male smell" was just a little too strong. Perhaps spray with a scented air freshener or find other methods to neutralise the unwelcome smell.
