Townhouse Prime Stay

I stayed at Hotel Prime Stay in Rau, Indore for 2 nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the problems started. First off, the staff was incredibly rude. They acted like they couldn't care less about anything I asked. No greeting, no courtesy, just an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. When I booked the room, there was an option that included breakfast, which seemed like a nice perk. But upon arrival, I found out there was no breakfast option at all! When I went to cancel that package, the staff became even more rude, as if I was bothering them. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The hotel itself was filthy. The gallery outside our room was disgusting – covered in dirt and litter, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room wasn’t much better. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with stains all over the place, and it didn’t even seem like it had been cleaned before we checked in. To make matters worse, despite requesting cleaning more than twice over the course of two days, no one ever came to clean the room until I had to remind them again. Hygiene was clearly not a priority here. There was also an issue with water. I had to ask the staff for water twice, and each time, they made excuses and delayed the request. After several follow-ups, the water finally arrived, but only after considerable effort on my part. To top it off, there was a beer bar located directly beneath the hotel, making the entire place feel noisy and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other places in Indore that value cleanliness, honesty, and customer service. This place is a total disaster!
