Lovely clean van in great location. Great communication from Van owner

Booked for a night away at short notice. The caravan was immaculate and obviously well kept and cleaned. Beds were more comfortable than others we've had in Skegness. No decking but the kids were safe running around on the grass as it's at the end of a road and was fairly quite. Enjoyed it so much we've booked again for August!

Unfortunately I felt there could have been more information up front, I messages about passes which could have been obtained from reception but didn't realise these were £27 per person, it was also only really highlighted the morning of check in day that bedding was required so both 100% should be made clearer as part of info provided. We requested an earlier check in which was approved however keys not present when we arrived. Cleaning lady passed on message of "have you been told about the broken lock, someone may come and fix it", which we hadn't. Bathroom wasn't accessible for the duration of that stay, this was fedback to owners at the time. Broken Pyrex oven dish found in cupboard, cracked in half. Pictures taken and again reported.

Caravan very clean and tidy. Very nice.

Item description isn’t quite correct. No hair dryer as mentioned in the listing. No cleaning products in the caravan for us to use to clean before we left. We had to go buy them. Wife wasn’t happy about hairdryer.
