Staff is trying by all means to put 2 and 2 together.

Road to the facility is very bad. Booking a challet and given a single room. Grass not cut. Parking facility around the room given to me was bad. Very poor breakfast

They must bring options for breakfast as I don't eat pork and they brought it

Greeting us with a smile customer service they don't have. We did not even have access to their wifi but its included. Bringing breakfast with face covered and naked from bed.

Nothing

The accomodation is in very bad shape. The Microwave doesn't have a plate to be used. There is unsafe electrical connections. Lights that was replaced was left there and new ones just tied with wire to old ones. The main electrical box is open and unsafe for children. The other outside light connection are unsafe and not up to standard. The unit walls is filthy dirty also the windows. There is only one fan in the unit. We can't watch TV for they didn't bring the decoder. The minibar doesn't operate but is advertised. The braaiers are all broken and never cleaned. The road to the accomodation is in a terrible state. Nothing done about it. No security, no gate, not safe at all. The outside tables and chairs are all rusted and some broken and not safe to use. The PutPut Golf is completely unusable. Big errotion ditches right next to the unit. Someone can step in it and get seriously hurt. The WiFi doesn't work in the unit but was advertised.

Noise. Saturday night there was loud music until 2:18am. Very loud music and disturbing.

Maybe a fan for the heat. Gravel road to the facility to be upgraded to accommodate normal vehicles.
