Lokalizacja niedaleko szpitala. Bezproblemowy parking. Bardzo dobre zaplecze kuchenne.

Okno na stronę ruchliwej ulicy, więc trochę głośno nad ranem.

Lokalizacja dobra, do Rynku w Sandomierzu ok. 20-25 minut pieszo. Sklep spożywczy dobrze zaopatrzony na parterze. Pokój solidnie ogrzewany. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona.

Większy stół do spożywania posiłków dla trzech/czterech osób bądź w pokoju bądź z kuchni.
