La posizione nel centro del paese è ottima. La casa è fornita di aria condizionata, lavatrice, phon, detersivi e prodotti di igiene personale; buona anche la dotazione di stoviglie.

La casa è un po' buia: al piano inferiore, a causa di battenti che non fanno filtrare abbastanza la luce, al piano superiore, perché le camere non hanno finestre, ma comunicano con un ballatoio nel sottotetto che ha una porta finestra, da cui si accede ad un terrazzo. Il bagno inoltre è al piano inferiore, non quindi vicino alle camere. Gli armadi non sono sufficienti per quattro persone.
