Cozy Coastal Beach Retreat

Close to the beach

I was not informed that it was under construction. I was disappointed there was not hot tub to relax in.

Location, beach very close, excellent facilities

No lift, but plenty of stairs

Quiet. Plenty of wildlife from the back patio.

No one to contact for immediate issues.

Peaceful, short walk to the beach, extremely large swimming pool, caught tons of fish off the dock, saw dolphins, saw stingrays, saw manatees condo had everything we needed plus more.

The parking lot was inconvenient for the upstairs rooms.

We never checked into the motel. We pulled up, and the place was disgusting. Could not find management, and a very intoxicated man tried to get us into the room, saying he was the property manager. We never checked in and were charged anyway, and we cannot seem to get a refund.

The location of this rental property was great with closeby beach access. The beds were comfortable.

I want to reiterate how disappointed I was that our safety and peace of mind were compromised during our stay's first night. Sleeping with barely one screw on our door lock and having to sleep with one eye open is not what we expected for paying such a price for accommodations on what was supposed to be a stress-free vacation. Verifying the proper functioning of door locks before renting to guests is the bare minimum that is expected. We acknowledge and appreciate your timeliness in resolving the issue with the door lock, however, it was a major inconvenience. Dirty dishes, dirty towels and the fridge smelling of fish are other burdens we had to deal with and that could have been avoided. In addition, we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the property and it was clear that only surface cleaning was done prior to our arrival. We have previously stayed in other units in the building and never had to deal with any issues of the sort. The premium that we paid is not equivalent to the quality and conditions of the unit.
