We arrived at 4am, we explain es the hôtel about our very late arrival and they were expecting us. Then they helped us booking a taxi to go to Guruvayur. Very kind people.

Room and bathroom were clean. Looked and felt cozy.

We called to the reception from the given landline and asked for mineral water. The first time they said will provider water in few minutes. We waited but no one came. We called again and they repeated the same thing. Asked for water not for fun but because we were really hungry. I should say that this ruined my sleep. If you can’t provide anything (mineral water bottle) that we asked for, you can you say that you can’t give that, so that we could have gone outside and brougt it from a store befo Ot was too late at night. Otherwise just throw away the landphones you keep in the rooms. Also AC was not working at night.
